For fitness, sauna, and basic rules for tanning in solarium

These general terms and conditions and operating rules are unconditionally accepted when purchasing single admission, membership cards, or services offered by the fitness center.

Operating Hours

According to the current schedule posted on the notice board at the premises or according to the current schedule on the website www.my-fit.cz or by individual arrangement.

The last entry is possible 45 minutes before the end of operating hours. 15 minutes before the end of operating hours, visitors must leave the gym and sauna, and leave the building at the end of operating hours.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the operator – MY FIT CK s.r.o., and the Visitor/buyer using the operator’s services.

1. Membership Card (Permanentka) Types:

10 morning fitness entries valid for 3 months
10 fitness/group lesson entries without sauna valid for 3 months
10 fitness/group lesson entries with sauna valid for 3 months
30 fitness/group lesson entries with sauna valid for 6 months
1-month fitness membership without sauna
1-month fitness membership with sauna
3-month fitness membership with sauna
6-month fitness membership with sauna
12-month fitness membership with sauna

By purchasing any entry or membership card, the visitor confirms that they have read or could have read the General Terms and Conditions and Operating Rules and confirms that they will comply with all provisions contained therein. For issuing a membership card, the following information is processed: name, surname, residence, date of birth, contact details: phone number and email in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection.

The membership card is issued in the name of the holder and is non-transferable. Card issuance is free. In case of loss, a fee of 50 CZK is charged for issuing a new card.

2. Services

Prices for all services are listed in the current price list, which is regularly updated.

Reservations for group exercises can be made in these ways:

In person at the fitness center reception during operating hours
By phone at 602050600 or email at recepce@my-fit.cz
Through online reservation on the fitness center website – www.my-fit.cz

Group exercise classes are held only with 5 or more people

Reservations can be canceled maximum 8 hours before the start of the activity (only through the reservation system, by phone or email), otherwise the client is obligated to pay for the class, either by deducting a point from the entry card or paying the amount of 160 CZK.

By registering in the fitness center’s online reservation system, the visitor grants the operator consent to process personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., which they entered in the reservation system, for an indefinite period. This personal data will be processed by the operator, as the personal data administrator, exclusively for the purpose of maintaining the fitness center client database used by the online reservation system. The visitor may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending a written notice to the postal or email address of the fitness center or by submitting it in person to a fitness center reception employee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services can be made in cash at the premises during operating hours with staff or through the reservation system – payment gateway of ComGate Payments, a.s. https://www.comgate.cz/cz/platebni-brana – card payments and bank payment buttons.

4. Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter: “GDPR”), we maintain the following data about registered clients based on their consent during registration in our fitness center: name, surname, date of birth, residence, email and telephone number.

MY FIT CK s.r.o. undertakes to use this personal data only for the purposes stated above and will not transfer it to any third party.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between MY FIT CK s.r.o. and the Visitor (buyer), it can also be resolved out of court. In such case, the buyer/consumer (Visitor) is entitled to contact the supervision of compliance with obligations under Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority located at Štěpánská 567/15 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 00020869, website: www.coi.cz. Out-of-court dispute resolution is initiated at the proposal of the buyer (Visitor).

OPERATING RULES FOR FITNESS AND SAUNA

The Operating Rules are prepared in accordance with Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and related regulations.

The Operating Rules are posted in a visible place at the entrance to the premises (notice board), are available at the fitness reception, and are published on the website.

Each visitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Operating Rules and act in accordance with these rules and follow staff instructions. By purchasing admission/membership card according to the valid price list, the visitor expresses their full and unconditional agreement with the fitness studio and sauna operating rules.

General Rules

Smoking is prohibited in all premises
Entry is possible after paying admission or presenting a valid membership card. Without presenting a valid membership card, entry will not be allowed. Unauthorized entry or enabling it is subject to a fine of up to 2000 CZK, or cancellation of the valid membership card of the person who enabled unauthorized entry without refund. Unauthorized entry means allowing a third person through the reading device via one’s own account.

Additional Important Rules

Entry is prohibited to persons under the influence of alcohol and other intoxicating substances
Minimum age requirement is 15 years. Younger persons (7-14 years) are only allowed entry with accompaniment of a person over 18 years
Visitors use the facilities at their own risk
Appropriate clean sports clothing and clean sports shoes with light soles are required
Towels must be used during exercise for hygiene reasons
Lockers are provided but valuable items should not be brought to the facility
All equipment must be returned to its original place after use
In case of loss of locker key, a fee of 300 CZK will be charged

Sauna Rules

Maximum capacity is 10 persons. The sauna is mixed-gender
A wristband must be collected from reception for sauna access
Own towel and sheet must be used for sitting
Proper shower with soap is required before entering
Medical consultation is recommended for first-time users
Specific health conditions may restrict sauna use
Proper hydration is recommended
Waiting period of 15 minutes after exercise is required before using sauna

Solarium Rules

Medical consultation is recommended for those with health issues
Determine your skin phototype before use
Observe recommended tanning times and intervals
Remove jewelry and makeup before tanning
Eye protection is mandatory
Maximum annual usage should not exceed 50-100 sessions
Age restriction: 18 years and above
Various health conditions may restrict use

These rules are valid from January 1, 2025.

The operator reserves the right to update or unilaterally change these Operating Rules at any time. The new version of the Operating Rules will be effective from the day of publication of the new version on the website www.my-fit.cz and on the notice board near reception.
