The legal entity MY FIT CK s.r.o., ID 14036665, with registered office at Český Krumlov, Domoradice, Tovární 66, declares that it protects the personal data of users, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”), to the extent of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of rights and obligations arising from the reasons stated below.
By using these Internet pages, social networks and submitting inquiries on our website, you give your consent to the conditions defined by these Principles. If you do not agree with the conditions defined by these Principles, please do not use or visit our Internet pages, social networks and inquiries.
1. Data you provide to us
Contact form
By sending an inquiry on our website, you provide us with your name, surname, or company name and email.
Service inquiry
When inquiring about our services, you provide us with all necessary information to process your order and send a price calculation.
Facebook and other social networks
As a visitor, fan and follower of our Facebook page and other social networks of the administrator.
2. Scope of personal data processing
a) We obtain data from your devices and networks, including location data
We use Google Analytics services. When you visit or leave our Services (including our plugins or cookies or similar technologies on other websites), we obtain the URL of both the website you came from and the website you went to. We also obtain information about your IP address, proxy server, operating system, web browser and plugins, device identifier and features, and/or your internet or mobile service provider. If you use our Services on a mobile device, this device will send us data about your location depending on your phone settings.
b) Form on our website
The personal data you provide to us when contacting us using the form will be processed by the Administrator to the extent to which you provided them in connection with your inquiry for our services and possible conclusion of an order:
- Your email address
- Name and surname
- Answers to necessary questions that serve to meet the calculation.

Other personal data that you provide to us in connection with visiting our pages will be processed by us as the administrator based on the above provision.
3. Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of processing your personal data is to prepare an offer according to your requirements, calculation and subsequent realization of the order.
4. Duration of personal data storage
The Administrator will process your personal data for the period strictly necessary for processing and then for a further 5 years for email addresses, IP addresses, and for 10 years for other personal data, unless this consent to the processing of personal data is revoked by you.
5. Where your data will be processed
We will process your personal data in our computer systems. During registration, then through email communication and registration forms of Google.com service. Your data that we will use to create statistics will be stored in our computer systems.
6. Withdrawal of personal data
By browsing our websites and social networks, you give us consent to process personal data. You can cancel this consent at any time by leaving our websites, canceling following or Likes.
7. Information about your rights
We would like to point out that you are not obliged to provide us with any of your personal data and their provision is voluntary on your part. In case participation requires your personal data and you do not provide them to us, you are not threatened with any sanction, however, we cannot provide you access to the event if the nature of the event necessarily requires it.
In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights in particular:
a) the right to withdraw your consent at any time, however, this does not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data before such withdrawal of consent;
b) the right to correct or supplement personal data;
c) the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data;
d) the right to object or complain against processing in certain cases;
e) the right to request data transfer;
f) the right to access your personal data;
g) the right to be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases;
h) the right to erasure of personal data (right to be “forgotten”) in certain cases
i) and other rights set out in the Personal Data Protection Act and in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 206/679.
8. Security of personal data
All personal data you provide to the administrator are secured by standard procedures and technologies. However, it is not objectively possible to fully guarantee the security of your personal data. It is not possible to guarantee 100% security in the sense that a third party will not access your personal data, they cannot be copied, published, altered or destroyed by breaking the administrator’s security measure. In this context, however, the administrator guarantees that it regularly checks whether the system contains weaknesses and has not been attacked and uses such security measures that can be reasonably required from the administrator to prevent unauthorized access to the provided personal data, and which, with regard to the current state of technology, provide sufficient security. The adopted security measures are then regularly updated.
9. Legal authorization for processing
You can revoke the consent you have provided at any time by emailing linder@my-fit.cz. We will collect and process your personal data only in cases where we have legal authorization to do so. Legal authorizations include consent (if you have expressed consent), contract (if processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g. for ordering services where this contract is required) and “legitimate interest”. In the case of processing personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw or reject your consent at any time, and in the case of processing based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object.
